I’m Gizo Ujarmeli, a seasoned real estate professional with a global vision and a proven track record of success across residential and commercial markets. As a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida, California, and Wisconsin, I bring over 20 years of experience and a personal portfolio that includes more than 1,400 successful transactions and over $300 million in total sales volume. I am the founder and CEO of AMAXIMMO, LLC – Finest Real Estate, where I lead a dynamic, client-focused team committed to excellence and integrity in every deal.

My background is deeply international—fluent in English, German, Russian, Georgian, and basic Spanish and Polish, I’ve worked with clients from all over the world. I am proud to serve as the NAR Global Coordinator to Eastern Europe, and have chaired multiple international real estate initiatives. With deep roots in both the U.S. and Europe, I provide unparalleled insight and connections for buyers, sellers, and investors navigating cross-border transactions.

My expertise spans sales and marketing strategy, real estate development, brokerage management, and investment consulting. Prior to launching AMAXIMMO, I held senior positions at Coldwell Banker and First Weber, consistently earning top producer recognition and leading award-winning sales teams. In Florida I an working as Broker Associate with DaltonWade.
